Role Overview:
We are hiring a Senior Lead Generation Executive to own and scale predictable, ROI
driven pipeline generation across three distinct but complementary business units: Tecorb
Technologies, Taskadapt, and Tensors.shop
This is a senior, high-impact role positioned at the intersection of revenue strategy, data
driven demand generation, and technical B2B selling. You will not be executing generic
lead activities; you will architect, optimize, and operate multi-channel lead engines that
directly influence revenue, CAC, and long-term growth.
The role requires a professional who understands complex technology offerings, long sales
cycles, enterprise buyers, and how to translate technical value propositions into qualified
pipeline at scale.
Business Units You Will Support
• Tecorb Technologies – End-to-end technology services delivering custom
web/mobile platforms, AI-driven development, system integrations, and product
engineering using a 100+ developer shared delivery model.
• Taskadapt – Advanced AI systems focused on Pre-Training Small language models,
Fine-tuning – LLM and SLM (LoRA, Q-LoRA), RLHF/GRPO/DPO workflows, and
production-grade MLOps for compliant and reasoning-capable AI.
• Tensors – White-label deep learning solutions designed for API integration or on
prem/client-side deployment to accelerate enterprise AI adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Demand Strategy
• Own the entire top-of-funnel and mid-funnel pipeline across all three business
units.
• Design and execute multi-channel inbound and outbound lead generation
strategies targeting mid-market and enterprise accounts.
• Build and optimize ICP-driven and account-based lead programs for technology
buyers including CTOs, CIOs, Heads of Engineering, Product Leaders, and AI
Decision Makers.
• Align messaging with each business unit’s technical positioning and buyer maturity.
2. Outbound & Account-Based Execution
• Drive high-quality outbound programs across email, LinkedIn, partnerships, and
curated databases.
• Develop account segmentation, buying committee mapping, and personalized
outreach frameworks.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to ensure tight handoff, qualification criteria, and
follow-up SLAs.
3. Inbound, Content & Campaign Collaboration
• Work with marketing and content teams to convert technical offerings into lead
generating assets.
• Optimize inbound sources including landing pages, gated content, webinars, and
solution-led campaigns.
• Continuously improve conversion rates from MQL to SQL through data-backed
iteration.
4. Funnel Ownership & Revenue Alignment
• Take end-to-end ownership of lead-to-opportunity performance.
• Partner closely with sales, delivery, and leadership teams to forecast pipeline
contribution.
• Ensure lead quality aligns with revenue potential, deal size, and delivery feasibility.
Technical Skills & Tools:
CRM & Revenue Systems
• Expertise in CRMs (Any one of) such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of lead lifecycle stages, scoring models, and automation logic.
• Understanding of how to use automation(Make.com or n8n) on lead-generations,
Filtering, Lead nurturing, Monitoring.
Marketing Automation & Outreach
• Hands-on experience with tools such as HubSpot Marketing Hub, Marketo, Apollo,
Outreach, Salesloft, or similar platforms.
• Ability to design and optimize multi-step outreach sequences with performance
benchmarks.
Data Enrichment & Prospecting
• Proficient with tools like Apollo, ZoomInfo, Clearbit, Lusha, Clay, or similar
enrichment stacks.
• Experience building clean, high-intent datasets aligned to ICP definitions.
Analytics, Reporting & Dashboards
• Strong command over funnel analytics, cohort analysis, and attribution reporting.
• Ability to build and interpret dashboards covering pipeline velocity, CAC, conversion
rates, and revenue influence.
AI-Assisted Prospecting
• Experience using AI-powered tools for Automation leads, prospect research,
messaging personalization, and lead prioritization.
• Comfortable working alongside AI-driven workflows and data models in a B2B
environment.
ROI Measurement & Performance Metrics
You will be accountable for measurable, revenue-linked outcomes, including but not limited
to:
• Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs)
• Lead-to-opportunity and opportunity-to-win conversion rates
• Pipeline value generated and influenced
• Cost per Lead (CPL) and Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
• Channel-wise ROI and attribution performance
• Pipeline velocity and average deal contribution
• Revenue influenced by lead generation efforts
Attribution models may include first-touch, multi-touch, and revenue-weighted approaches
depending on campaign structure.
Required Experience & Qualifications
• 8+ years of progressive experience in B2B lead generation, demand generation, or
revenue operations within technology, AI, SaaS, or services companies.
• Proven track record of building and scaling lead engines for complex, high-ticket
offerings.
• Strong understanding of enterprise buying behavior, long sales cycles, and multi
stakeholder deals.
• Experience working with globally distributed sales and delivery teams.
• Demonstrated ability to work with technical stakeholders and translate complex
offerings into market-ready positioning.
